If you can't teach it, don't code it

A lot of my code is way the heck too complicated. I need to write things that are easy enough to understand that I can explain them to someone else.

Heh. Someday, someone's going to look at my code, and look at this post, and laugh. And laugh and laugh and laugh. And then cry.
